Your mind power is the first step toward achieving anything in your life. Our mind decides how you do in your life. Believing that you can do it will be the initial step towards doing it. You tame your mind power according to your own will. If you drive it in the right direction, it will open doors for you, but if you leave it unchecked and untamed, it will lead you to some undesired situations.
Everybody knows what conscious mind is, but our conscious thoughts make up less than 20 percent of our thinking processes. Some people confuse the subconscious mind with imagination, but it is not an imagination. It’s real, it exists, and it has a significant influence on the life we live. Your subconscious mind is like programming for your brain. It creates our habits; it guides us on what to do in situations where we don’t need to concentrate on a task. The conscious mind makes up 10 to 20 percent of our brain while the unconscious mind makes up 80-90 percent of our brain. Subconscious includes beliefs, emotions, habits, values, reflexes, long term memory, imagination, intuition.
You can either control it or let it control you:
Your subconscious mind gets imprinted in your childhood. It is like a program running in the background of a computer operating system. The software designer told the program what to do once, and now the process is performed automatically, the same way every time.
The “programmer” in this example is your conscious self. Your conscious mind sees the world and forms perceptions about the world, and your subconscious mind absorbs and rejects information based on your existing perceptions. Your subconscious mind believes all the input it receives is true. So any experiences you might have had in the past will persist in your subconscious mind.
To make a real change in your life, you need to control and train your subconscious mind. You can’t let it drive you into a ditch just because of false beliefs formed in childhood. So steer your subconscious mind in the right direction.
How can you train your subconscious mind power?
Retraining your subconscious is, unfortunately, a complicated process. But if you want a different future, you can’t keep doing things the same way you always have. If you are afraid to go forward, you will stay where you are.
The good news is that there is a solution. The first step in creating massive change in your life is not believing that it’s possible; it’s being willing to see that it is possible. If you want to have power over the actions you take each day, you need to learn how to train your subconscious mind.

• Don’t let people influence the way you think. Stop comparing your life to other people’s lives. Stop thinking that if, for example, somebody else’s new business didn’t succeed, yours won’t either.
• Open your mind to new possibilities. Create your path to success.
