Gratitude, the key for positive thinking
I call gratitude “the forgotten emotion,” because it’s so easy to take all the good things in our lives for granted. In my experience, we often neglect to reflect on what we have and what we’ve been able to achieve. However, the reality is that gratitude is not just important, but it is key to our long-term well-being and health. Feeling gratitude and experiencing the emotional change that comes with it can help you develop not just positive thinking and motivation, but also the drive to achieve anything you could possibly want in life.
Throughout the ages, entire civilizations understood the importance of being thankful, and developed ways to practice gratitude. Practicing gratitude is what makes a difference in your life.
In those posts, I’ll show you in detail why gratitude and positive thinking are important, and why practicing gratitude and positive thinking are even more important. I hope you’ll find the techniques I will teach you to be so powerful that you’ll wonder why you’ve never heard of them before!
And in this series you will find.

But for now, what I will tell you is that one of the most important reasons to practice gratitude on a daily basis is to become whole as a person. Being in a state of gratitude doesn’t allow much space for anger, jealousy, or resentment. Being thankful allows you to be more centered and deliberate about the thoughts you have, and therefore the actions you take.
The mindful practice of gratitude is also important to taking your emotional intelligence to a higher plane, which will help you develop and maintain strong and stable relationships with your family, peers, and your loved ones. But for a complete guide to elevating your emotional intelligence level, you’ll have to read my other posts!
Now, as you get ready to begin this journey with me, please take a moment and write down on a piece of paper all the things that you are grateful for today.
What are you grateful for? And don’t lie to yourself by saying there is nothing. Reflect on your life, allow yourself to feel thankful. And remember, it doesn’t have to be something big; it only has to be something you value.
Don’t skip over this part! Take out a piece of paper right now and write it out! You will feel better afterwards, I can guarantee you.
Thank you for going on this journey with me.
